Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Please note that shipping times may vary during new arrivals, holidays, or special promotions.

Local Pickup

If you're local to Long Island, local pickup or delivery may be available for select orders. If pickup is available, you'll see the option during checkout.

Returns

We want you to love every purchase.

If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, hair accessories, hats, sale or clearance merchandise, and gift cards.

Return Process

To begin a return, please email us at theandersonedit53@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
